You can download this free from the Android Market, or purchase the ‘Premium’ version for more ROM’s to choose from. -You must have a rooted device to do this and please be aware that sometimes ROM flashing can go wrong, leaving your phone possibly inoperable. If downloading your first ROM, make sure it has a good reputation and is a stable build.
