More fiddling with controls and ingame commands. I was finally able to slow time ingame to produce smooth framerate playback in high action scenes. I can’t wait til the Creation kit comes out so I can work on a Movie with a storyline and some voice acting. The first part of this battle scene was recorded at .1 game speed (default game speed is 1) so things look in slow motion a bit, but i then recorded the other battle scenes at .25 speed and that seemed about right after increasing framerate to 3.500 during editing which produces a smooth 25-30 fps playback.
