Download Redsn0w 0.9.6b4 for Windows or Mac OS X, iOS 4.2.1 GM and iOS 4.1 IPSW for iPod Touch 4G/3G/2G. All download links on top 2. First update your iPod Touch to iOS 4.2.1 GM downloaded in Step 1 via iTunes. [BACK UP UR SHIT] 3. Launch Redsn0w and point it to iOS 4.1 IPSW for your iPod Touch. After Redsn0w identifies the IPSW, click Next. Note: You should point to iOS 4.1 (current firmware) and NOT iOS 4.2.1 FW.
