This is pretty much purely for nostalgia purposes, but I think it’s fun. The advantage to this method is that it retains the spawn point of your original map, so don’t comment about this being useless. Here’s the folder you have to go to, if you’re in Windows 7 anyways. Otherwise I’m not sure. C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves And FYI, the AppData folder is hidden. Just type it into the address bar and you’re golden.
