Download and unzip the file. 2. Install the Samsung USB drivers (if you dont have them already) 3. From a powered off phone, put phone in Download Mode by holding Vol down, Camera Button, and Power button until the Yellow Downloading message appears 4. Plug phone into USB port 5. Open Odin, you should see a yellow box with a com number 6. Select SPHM820.ops file and the PHONE.tar, and PDA.tar in the appropriate Boxes 7. Click Start When Odin says reset and the phone reboots the process is done, you do not have to wait for Odin to say pass, that does not work!!
