@willdabeast972 he didn’t say HID he said LED. Idiot

  2. ScoutCrafter says:

    Great video!

  3. willdabeast972 says:

How can you make the comparison of the HID lights using the same amount of power as your turn signal? That is ludicrous.

  4. hitchhulk says:

hey man i was just wondering what kind of led bulbs that are- like 68’s or 108 or 120? cheers

  5. CarcusMarvey says:

@patruick marco they are the 2x2s

  6. patruick marco says:

Are these the 2×2 lights or the bar light?

  7. mgrycko21 says:

You made my mind up time to order some duallys

  8. thetrollhimself says:

  9. phattacorider says:

This is a great comparison! Thanks for being one of the very few on youtube to do such a great comparison!

  10. hugoortiz05 says:

I can not believe the led’s look brighter for only 15 wats!

  11. Ali alawai says:

    Thanks alot its good explantion.

  12. Aaron Morton says:

Thanks for the response. I’m planning on mounting them inside the bumper where the factory fog lights would have been. I can’t wait.

  13. CarcusMarvey says:

1: you can these with either, generally I’ll run them with my low beams
2: Generally I use them when I’m on the highway in the valley, theres no street lights and the wildlife loves the wide flat expanses.

Just a side note, I mounted these on my roof but I think the grille would be more suitable for the flood pattern just because the light tends to diffuse a little before hitting the road when it comes off the roof.

  14. Aaron Morton says:

I’m going to order a set of these and I have a question or two for you.
1: Do you run these with high beams or low?
2: How do you run these? On road in high beam conditions?

  15. ROTAXD says:

@fuckinghellcunt…i have a set of 240 Blitz’ with 100 watt hid’s, 55w hid high & 55 watt lows. Guess what…my buddy’s 2 10″ rigids on his truck are brighter than mine…hands down. That’s right, my 400 watts of hid are beat by 70 watts od led.

  16. adonian says:

HOLY SHIT thats great, I’m gonna get a pair.

  17. CarcusMarvey says:

    These are the flood lights

  18. tripleminthehouse says:

what pattern were these….flood? or the diffusion lens?

    thanks

  19. megabutler says:

thanks for posting this video. I have the piaa 940 fog and driving but am looking at these rigid’s now. Very impressive

  20. johntaheri says:

Thanks I look in to it.

  21. CarcusMarvey says:

You can get them on the Rigid Industries website or i know for sure that 4-Wheel Parts sells them in their stores

  22. johntaheri says:

wow i love it where can i get one the LED one ?thanks

  23. DevinL16 says:

ive got two batteries. stock alty. and 1602 watts of additionall lighting. eight 7″ spot lghts, few flood lights, two LED lights. but now im having funny electrical problems lol. i should post a new video up soon

  24. fuckinghellcunt says:

LOL my hid low beams are much brighter! AND my hid headlights coupled with my 100w hid LF 240 blitz’s, well im sure you can imagine…

  25. CarcusMarvey says:

the whole point of the video is the difference between LED and Incandescent bulbs. not necessarily the wattage, although LEDs are certainly more efficient.
